MedBridge Access LLP (“MedBridge Access”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital tools, communication features, and coordination services that connect patients with independent medical professionals and third‑party service providers. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (“MedBridge Services”), you agree to these Conditions of Use.

MedBridge Access acts as a service provider and facilitator, offering:

2. Not a Healthcare Provider

MedBridge Access is not a hospital, clinic, or medical establishment. Doctors on our platform act independently. We are not liable for medical negligence, malpractice, misdiagnosis, or clinical outcomes.

3. Third‑Party Services

We may help coordinate flights, hotels, ground transport, translators, and local support services. These are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service quality, or performance.

4. No Liability for Third‑Party Conduct

MedBridge Access is not liable for acts or omissions of doctors, hospitals, clinics, airlines, hotels, or other third‑party providers, nor for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Electronic Communications

By using MedBridge Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, SMS, and in‑app notifications.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on MedBridge Services are owned by MedBridge Access or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Our Commitment

We endeavour to verify doctor credentials, maintain secure telemedicine infrastructure, and facilitate smooth medical tourism coordination. These efforts do not create liability for third‑party actions or medical outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedBridge Access disclaims all warranties and liability except in cases of fraud or intentional misconduct.

11. Amendments

We may update these Conditions of Use from time to time. Continued use of MedBridge Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
